Shipping & Returns

We welcome Individuals, Team Sports & Businesses via our internet store. Our online system is not "live" so any items ordered are subject to physical inventory verification and return e-mail receipt is not expressed as a guarantee of items to be in stock at the time the order is placed. We accept credit card online transactions. Orders paid by check must be received prior to the order being shipped. Customers paying by check are encouraged to call us at 214-461-2859 to check stock before sending in their order. All checks should have the sales order number written on the check to process in a timely manor. Credit card charges are made automatically. Contact via email or phone will be attempted on each order placed if an item(s) are not available or to suggest substitutions. Orders requiring expedited freight should be called in directly to ensure special handling. Orders are received by 702 Sports, Monday - Friday from 8 am - 7pm (cst), and may take up to 24 hours to transmit. In some cases it may take up to 48 hours to process an order, depending on what time and date it is placed (after 12 pm Friday may not be received or processed until the following Monday). There are NO RETURNS on custom printed items. If you have a return that does not have any custom printing you must call or e-mail 702 Sports to obtain a return autorization number in order to get credit for your return. If you do not call or email 702 Sports for a return authorization number, you will not be credited when your order is received. 702 Sports does not cover the cost of shipping back to our facility.
