Item Availability
Items listed on our website are in no way presented as guaranteed to be instock at the time of order. Due to the seasonality of product and the changing availabilty of product from the manufacturers, we can not stock items for all sports throughout the year. We do always strive to be instock on items during the current season for each sport. If you place an order for an item that is not instock, we will inform you via e-mail prior to charging your credit card. If a like substitution is available, we will offer it to you. It is always best to call us at 214-461-2859 or e-mail us at team@702sports.com for inventory verification before your order is placed.
Online Sales Policy
We welcome individual and team sales via our internet store. Our online system is not "live" so any items ordered are subject to physical inventory verification and return email receipt is not expressed as a guarantee of items to be in stock at the time the order is placed. We accept credit card online transactions. Orders paid by check must be received prior to the order being shipped. Customers paying by check are encouraged to call us at 214-461-2859 to check stock before sending in their order. All checks should have the sales order number written on the check to process in a timely manor. Credit card charges are not made automatically and will not be placed until the items on each order are verified to be in stock and ready to ship. Contact via email will be attempted on each order placed if an item(s) are not available or to suggest substitutions. Orders requiring expedited freight should be called in directly to ensure special handling. Orders are received by 702 Sports, Monday - Friday from 8 am - 7 pm (cst), and may take up to 24 hours to transmit. In some cases it may take up to 48 hours to process an order, depending on what time and date it is placed (after 12 pm Friday may not be received or processed until the following Monday). Our catalog prices are qualified prices by team and leagues only. Not all prices online will be the same as our catalog price and are not expressed as such.
Protective Equipment
Warning: Do not strike an opponent with any part of a helmet or facemask. This is a violation of football rules, and such use can result in severe brain or neck injuries, paralysis or death to you and possible injury to your opponent. Severe brain or neck injury may also occur accidentally while playing football.
No protective equipment can prevent all such injuries. You use this equipment at your own risk.
The pieces of protective equipment in this catalog are designed to reduce the possibility of injury to the specific body part which it covers. Use of this equipment does not guarantee you will be protected from serious, disabling or permanent injury while playing football. Any modification or altering without permission of the manufacturer could reduce the items protective capacity.
The user of this equipment assumes all risk entailed in action, since 702 Sports, cannot guarantee freedom from injury. Use of this equipment cannot prevent serious injury or death. Sporting events are dangerous in nature and the participant assumes all risks therein. The equipment is sold on this condition and by no means can any company representative waive or alter this position.
Freight/Shipping Charges
Some items on our website may not be available at time of order. In some of these cases, a drop ship direct from the product vendor may be necessary. In these cases, freight costs will vary from that of the totals given when your order was placed. We will seek the customers approval for these additional costs when they apply. All freight costs computed by our website are estimated based on UPS shipping tables and regions and are non-binding. In all cases where additional freight is required, a customer approval will be sought prior to the order being placed. Please be aware that this process may possibly delay the delivery of your order. Freight costs are non-discountable or negotiable.
